Our hemp journey began when our good friend, Jenni at Freshmade Counter was seeking out a quality source for local hemp to add to her product line of herbal body care products. She knew of our commitment to managing our farm holistically, sustainably, and without the use of chemicals. We began researching and fell in love with the history, usefulness, and medicinal factors of the plant. We took the leap, and after love, sweat, tears, and the ups and downs of growing a new crop, we have a successful and wonderful product to bring to you.

Tested.

Our hemp has been third party tested both by the State of Wisconsin (for THC levels) and small batch independent test (for all cannabinoids and terpines). The variety of hemp is called Relief Now and is tested under the .3% THC legal limit. It is highest in cannabinoids CBD, but also contains CBC and CBG. The main terpines are trans-Caryophyllene, alpha-Bisabolol , alpha-Humulene, and beta-Pinene and beta-Myrcene.

As with all of our farm products, we have strict standards, because we, ourselves use them! Our hemp has helped our family in various ways including reduced joint pain (for our dog too!), anxiety management, skin healing (for complexion, rashes, dry skin).

It is SO IMPORTANT when you are seeking out hemp CBD to know that it was farmed clean (without the use of synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, or any chemicals for that matter) and that the soil has been clean for several years. You see by a process called phytoremediation, the hemp plant has an amazing ability to heal the ground and put nutrients back into the soil, but by doing so, it draws up the toxins within the soil, leading to toxin residue being built up in the plant matter.
